Noah D. Matthews graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2017 with a degree in Real Estate Finance along with a minor in Environmental Economics and Policy, and an additional degree in Resource Economics. Noah’s upbringing has been substantially influenced by real estate and his passion for the profession began when he developed a keen interest at an early age. For many years, Noah has assisted with the operation and promotion of Matthews Commercial Properties, thus exposing him to a breadth of experiential knowledge.
Noah is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at employing a variety of technologies to market properties. Such technologies include search engine optimization, database management and analysis, photography, videography, editing software, and geographic information systems (GIS). His extensive academic background coupled with his experience and unceasing desire to learn and push the entire industry towards the future define Noah’s ability to conduct custom marketing strategies, property valuations, property searches, and financial analyses.
