Gerry Matthews

Gerry Matthews specialized in the construction, sales and leasing of industrial and commercial properties for 20 years. Prior to opening his own firm he had been associated with Connecticut Factors, Inc. of Waterbury, CT, where he was responsible for the management, construction and renovations of a multitude of office, industrial and residential buildings throughout the region. He successfully worked as a commercial real estate sales agent in the Greater Waterbury area responsible for leasing and selling several hundred commercial and industrial properties. For seven years he served as Real Estate Commissioner for the State of Connecticut. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the Naugatuck Valley Community College Advisory Council and a member of the Town of Middlebury Architectural Review and Economic Commission.

Nick Longo

Nick Longo has over 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Matthews Commercial, Nick was successful in the residential market also, selling over 100 residential properties. Currently, he is successfully leasing and selling commercial, industrial and investment properties in the Greater Waterbury area. Nick also manages over 50,000 sf of retail/office space in the Greater Waterbury/Wolcott and Manchester area. He is a 25 yr. member of Profnet of Waterbury, a networking group. Nick is also an accomplished musician and has toured across the U.S. and Europe. He resides in Waterbury.

Noah Matthews

Noah D. Matthews graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2017 with a degree in Real Estate Finance along with a minor in Environmental Economics and Policy, and an additional degree in Resource Economics. Noah’s upbringing has been substantially influenced by real estate and his passion for the profession began when he developed a keen interest at an early age. For many years, Noah has assisted with the operation and promotion of Matthews Commercial Properties, thus exposing him to a breadth of experiential knowledge. Noah is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at employing a variety of technologies to market properties. Such technologies include search engine optimization, database management and analysis, photography, videography, editing software, and geographic information systems (GIS). His extensive academic background coupled with his experience and unceasing desire to learn and push the entire industry towards the future define Noah’s ability to conduct custom marketing strategies, property valuations, property searches, and financial analyses.
